Napoleon Hill, in his iconic book ‘Think and Grow Rich,’ defined a ‘Master Mind’ as the ‘coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people for the attainment of a definite purpose.’
He elaborated to say that ‘no individual may have great power without availing themselves of the ‘Master Mind.’
He maintained there were two distinct advantages of a ‘Master Mind Alliance’ – one was economic, and the other psychic.
The economic advantages are obvious such as pooling contacts, ideas, knowledge and money. Pádraic brings a host of networks and knowledge acquired over thirty years working with some of the most prolific people of our time.
The other benefit is less evident and tangible. Hill discovered by observing some of the most successful people of his era that ‘no two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third invisible, intangible force which may be likened to a third mind.’
Pádraic believes implicitly in the power of two minds being exponentially more powerful than one. Time and time again he has experienced the presence of this almost supernatural force in solving problems when there was no hope in sight; creating opportunities where none seemed apparent ; and achieving goals of substance and scale.
The third advantage of mentoring with Pádraic lies at the heart of his working philosophy – discipline and accountability. He discovered early on in his career that entrepreneurs are powerful dreamers and visionaries but can easily become distracted. Conversely, the really successful performers tend to set clear goals and stick to them like glue.
When Pádraic hold clients accountable to their goals, magic happens. The impossible becomes possible. The chaos becomes ordered. The dithering is replaced with purposeful activity. Performance matches potential.
Disciplined thinking and activity are always underpinned by two components – great routines and great habits.
There is no greater habit than subscribing to the routine of mentoring with an effective mentor.
Pádraic’s credentials are impressive. He has successfully mentored prime ministers, ministers, entrepreneurs of the year, international sports athletes and hundreds of once ordinary people who were ambitious to accomplish more in their business, career and life.
His passion is to help people realise more of their potential.

‘He combines a very strong academic knowledge with both common sense and a practical ability, as well as being a very nice person who is genuinely interested in your development. One of the nuggets of wisdom he taught me back in 1998 was the importance of a ‘daily dose of reality.’ No one will give you that perspective better than Pádraic.’
